Podcast Production Intern
Work alongside our production team to edit, mix, and master podcast episodes for Podcast Connect's own shows and partner podcasts. Learn professional audio workflows, remote recording best practices, and post-production techniques used by top-tier podcast networks.
Content Marketing Intern
Help create and distribute content that educates and inspires the podcasting community. Write blog posts, produce social media content, develop email campaigns, and analyze content performance. Work directly with our marketing team on growth initiatives.
Product & UX Intern
Join our product team to improve the Podcast Connect platform experience. Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototype new features, run usability tests, and work with engineers to ship real product improvements used by thousands of podcasters.
Community & Partnerships Intern
Help build and nurture the Podcast Connect creator community. Manage community programs, coordinate partnerships with podcast networks and media companies, organize events, and develop resources that help podcasters succeed.
Data & Analytics Intern
Dive into podcast industry data to uncover insights that drive platform improvements. Analyze listener trends, matching algorithm performance, user behavior patterns, and market opportunities. Present findings that directly influence product decisions.
Software Engineering Intern
Build features that thousands of podcasters use daily. Work on our Next.js/React frontend, Node.js backend, or matching algorithm. Ship code to production, participate in code reviews, and learn from experienced engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Offer & Onboarding
If it's a fit, we'll extend an offer and get you set up. Onboarding includes equipment setup, team introductions, and a structured first-week plan.

Do I need to be a student to apply?
No. We welcome recent graduates, career changers, and anyone passionate about the podcast industry. What matters most is your enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
What are the application deadlines?
We review applications on a rolling basis. Apply with your preferred start date in mind, and we'll be in touch about timing and availability.
Can international applicants apply?
Yes! Our remote internships are open to candidates worldwide. All you need is a reliable internet connection and overlap with US business hours for at least 4 hours per day.
